First and foremost...
This is the best comment I've ever received.
I’m Josiah Douglas,
Producer of Nobody's Home and the founder of Podcasts Are Video Now.
My career in the media industry began in 2009 at Siskiyou Bible College, where I quickly became the acting head of the media department at the college-associated church. I also helped launch and produce a short-lived web series called “ThoughtFuel.”
After starting as an unpaid intern in 2010, I became the Live TV Director and Commercial Producer of Dove TV. While there, I learned the art of television and radio production from experienced media veterans Perry Atkinson and Michael Brown. I also helped create a TV channel from scratch and transform a 50-year-old radio station into a television and radio broadcasting network.
Since leaving theDove in 2017, I’ve grown from a freelance video editor to an executive producer on the hit online show Nobody's Home, and the founder of Podcasts Are Video Now. We aim to bridge the gap between traditional podcast production and online video and create truly multiplatform content that looks, sounds, and feels native, whether you scroll, swipe, listen, or watch.
